Exploring U.S. Assumptions About Teaching and Learning: Tips for Newcomers

Description: Teaching is a culture-bound practice. Students and instructors coming from different cultural backgrounds often have different expectations. In this workshop, you will explore U.S. principles of best classroom practice and address challenges which may arise in your teaching.
