Inclusive Teaching Topics: Class Climate
Description: Class climate is the way it feels for students to be in a class, in-person or online. The emotional and social tone of a class affects learning. This webinar introduces a framework for inclusive teaching that promotes learning for all students while recognizing students’ differential experiences of the University. Participants will learn strategies for promoting a healthy class climate; methods of getting feedback on class climate; and discuss responding to unhealthy class climate dynamics.
