Larry's responsibilities focus on the Quality Scorecard project, including the implementation of metrics and standards to measure, benchmarking, and continuously improving the University's support for eLearning. Larry helps support faculty and collegiate unit eLearning partnerships by coordinating offerenings from the Online Learning Consortium (Sloan) and other U of M and national sources. He has over thirty years of experience designing, developing, teaching, managing, and administering eLearning projects and programs. He has a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota and an M.S. in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University.
