WCET

The WICHE Cooperative for Educational Technologies (WCET) focuses on five areas: emerging technology, faculty success, managing eLearning, policy and regulations, and student success.

The University participates in the WCET State Authorization Network through our partnership in the Minnesota Learning Commons.

WCET provides the following resources to the public:

  • The Frontiers blog, "trekking through the e-learning policy and practice wilderness," covering a range of topics in higher education.
  • Webcasts on topics ranging from accessibility to open education resources to competencies, and more. All webcasts are archived.
  • WCET research aims to shed light on topics that support the operation, instruction and technology implementation of technology-enhanced higher education.

WCET's annual meeting will be held October 12-14, 2016 in Minneapolis.
